Tactical Strength Challenge
Yesterday the crew over at Flatirons Crossfit hosted the Tactical Strength Challenge.
The TSC consists of:
• A three-attempt powerlifting deadlift
• Pullups for max reps
• Kettlebell snatches for max reps in a 5:00 time period
